As a Communications Events Intern at Disney Experiences, I supported the execution of media-facing activations across Disneyland Resort. I helped bring brand stories to life by managing event logistics, collaborating with internal creative teams, tracking cross-functional deliverables, and hosting press and photographers on site. I also contributed to post-event media recaps and coordinated high-visibility logistics from signage to shot lists.

My Role
• Managed logistics and infrastructure deliverables, ensuring on-brand signage, theming, and guest-facing activations stayed consistent with the Star Wars story.
→ Spokesperson interview signage at Galaxy’s Edge
• Partnered with Disney Entertainment Art teams to fact-check and implement product display cards for all merchandise and food & beverage offerings, ensuring accuracy for press photography and coverage.

• Oversaw show-quality presentation of on-stage podcast filming, requesting creative assets, including themed chairs, tabling, and decor elements.

My Role
• Created a comprehensive 5-day shot list for our photographer team covering media events across the resort.
• Included shift times, meet-up locations, coverage zones, and built-in breaks for each photographer.
• Coordinated directly with our external photography vendor to finalize timing, priorities, and day-of logistics.
• Acted as on-site host and point-of-contact for photographers throughout the multi-day campaign.
